Outdoor Living Space and Hardscape Install

This project started from bare dirt and a blank slate—exactly the kind of challenge we love. The homeowners envisioned a modern, multipurpose outdoor living space that could handle everything from quiet evenings around a fire to large family gatherings and neighborhood basketball games. With a clean design and a clear goal, we transformed the entire backyard into a fully functional, beautiful extension of their home.

We began with full site prep and grading to create a level foundation for the patio and hardscape elements. After prepping utilities and irrigation pathways, our crew got to work laying pavers for the patio, stairs, and walkways—all with carefully planned drainage and structural support underneath.

From there, we built custom block steps and retaining-style seating around the patio to create a split-level design that visually broke up the large space while keeping things accessible and welcoming. The clean lines of the paver layout were designed to flow seamlessly from the home’s exit points, while the firepit and seating walls provided natural gathering zones.

By the end of the project, this dirt lot was completely unrecognizable—replaced by a modern, durable, and visually stunning outdoor living space that added both curb appeal and functionality to the home.
